striking well, the front panel is slightly warped around the circumference of the dial, the cloisonn/(c) enamel is in very good condition with no loss and only light wear primarily on the top, the minute hand has been repaired with a spot of solder, the pendulum and movement have matching serial No. 's "540". Ht 11 3/4"
