good running order, glass is all good no chips. The presentation on the front of the base reads: "PRESENTED TO W. A. WILSON on the occasion of his Marriage, by his friends of the Caledonian Ins Co, 2. Sept. 1903." The dial is in good condition with no hairlines but the signature faded and just barely legible. The floral decorations intact. The hands are fancy cast brass style. Ht 13"
