this movement was converted from balance to pendulum perhaps 200 years ago. The center fret is original; side frets are later. Pendulum is a replacement. The wheels and pinions on this clock show a couple centuries of use and wear; mov't could stand a clean, but is still ticking and striking; note rope is failing in one spot and will need replacement. Side doors are absent. Susp spring needs re-newing. Ht of clock 15", overall 50"
