the case was refinished at some time. The top 4" trim is partly old, the cast metal trim and the side trim block with routed pattern are original; the balance has been made to match the catalog drawing, and not a bad job, but the top molding has too short a radius and minor errors in the carving. Still looks fine from a distance. Best part is the original painted dial, which is outstanding. Beat scale, pendulum and misc hardware are original. Good label on rear, Ht 48.5"
