Ansonia Brass Co., Bristol, Conn. miniature steeple clock. This is a wonderful little miniature steeple clock. The refinished rosewood and mahogany case is nearly perfect with one chipped finial tip being the only noticeable flaw. The painted dial has some shrinkage lines but it does not matter because the reverse painted tablet makes up for it. Probably done by William Fenn, this tablet is one of the very best. The painted eagle is terrific and there is not one wear spot. There is a good label plus the original hands and pendulum. This 30 hour timepiece movement is running well. You will not be disappointed with this cute little clock. 14" tall.
