It has a solid mahogany case in the dark original finish with brass sidearms and an eagle finial. Both reverse painted glasses are original but the lower Mount Vernon scene is flaking. Replacemant prints are available. The silvered dial is signed and in quite good condition. Original hands and brass pendulum. This is an 8 day with hour and half hour strike on a single rod. 41" tall.
