Waltham banjo clock. A fine clock in excellent condition. It has a mahogany case in a nice original finish and a presentation base. There are no case problems or damages. The brass bezel and brass side arms are polished and perfect with the original lacquered finish. Both Mount Vernon glasses are perfect and the throat is a bit different with a portrait of Martha Washington. The dial is baked enamel, signed and fine but for some small flakes around the winding hole. Original hands. The movement is signed and is an 8 day balance with platform escapement in good running order. 41" tall.
