We have sold smaller ones in prior auctions that were 3.5" and 4.5" tall. The glass ball, not including the winding stem, is 8" in diameter. There are three small dials around the hand arbor that are for hours, seconds, and a moon phase. The movement runs briskly. The glass ball sits on a milled area to keep it from rolling. This is a new clock, not old, and is very heavy. It is very difficult to photograph a round glass object without some distortion, but it is perfect.
