This is a time only movement made by the Marine Clock Manufacturing Company. The dial is missing the seconds hand and has some minor flaking. The minute hand is a replacement but matches the original hour hand. The movement blocks have been moved or replaced. The movement certainly is original to this case. Excellent label inside the case. The mahogany veneered case is 37" high, has a good original finish with minor veneer chips on the bottom board. The mirrors are original; the bottom mirror is beveled, with gold molding around the glass. See the article in the June 1996 NAWCC Bulletin, page 339, to better understand this maker and the movements he used.
