New Haven Clock Co. hanging, "Maywood", ca 1911.

24 October 2024
Oak case has been cleaned and polished, stands 43" high, and is a light oak. It was cleaned inside and outside. The top and base are well made copies of an original clock, even sanded smooth on the edges like the original clocks were. The seconds hand was not in place for the picture, it was in the bottom of the case, sorry. Note that the seconds dial is dead on the 12. Old painted dial has light flaking, not serious. There are three correct hands, a brass bob with wood stick, brass beat scale, and brass dial ring, all clean and polished. The 30 day movement is signed, is time only, and running. LyNew Haven No. 533.
