Ansonia Clock Co. crystal regulator, "Baronet", ca 1904.

Case box is polished brass, trimmings are, or were, rich gold, and the case is standing 12.5" tall. I suppose it is still rich gold but it is dirty, has not been cleaned or polished. Some wear or black tarnish on the top corner ornaments where touched repeatedly. I believe it would clean up and look very presentable with some effort. A real bonus, there are four perfect beveled glasses. They are dirty around the edges, but have no damage. Two piece porcelain dial is signed, has dirty hairlines around the outer ring, correct hands, and open escapement. Winding key and two jar imitation mercury pendulum included. 8 day movement is signed, running, and striking a standing Cathedral gong on half hours and hours. Ly-Ansonia No. 352.
