With the seated statue "Reflection", it is 20.5" high. Originally the ornaments were silvered and the case was black enameled iron. The black enameled paint is good, some gold remaining in the incised designs, but hardly any silver or finish of any kind, on the ornaments. That is not to say the case does not look good, for it does, just that it is a gun metal or pewter color now. Beveled glass in the sash, and signed two piece porcelain dial. There are light hairlines and some grime on the dial. The back door and pendulum are correct. The 8 day movement is not shiny clean but is functional and strikes a gong. The statue may or may not be original to this clock. LyAnsonia No. 1097 and No. 2779.
