Porcelain figural mantle clock, 18" high, with boy and girl figures. The china case has painted sections, the gold matching the brass sections around the case and around the bezel. There are four brass feet underneath. Porcelain dial is marked with Roman numerals and minutes in Arabic. It has a pair of very nice gold hands. The 8 day movement looks like movements seen in most French clocks, round, with a bell strike. The balance movement is signed, "Franz Hermle", and it is running. The metal back door is like those on most French porcelain clocks.
