Later became the Ansonia Clock Co. Nice mahogany veneered case is 19" high, has a few chips on the baseboard, and some veneer repairs around the front curved edges. A good tablet but no doubt just a nice replacement. Key locking door is operable, and comes with an appropriate key. The old painted dial has had some chips touched up, hands are good, has a new brass bob, an English key, correct gong, and a near perfect paper label. Very large springs in this 8 day movement, one is brass, one replaced. The movement is in good condition, strikes hourly, and is running. If nicer would bring some serious money.
