English gallery clock, chain fusee time only 8 day movement, ca 1875. Oak case is 15" in diameter, painted metal dial is 10.5" in diameter.

The dial is too nice to be the original paint so we will call it repainted. Good hands, winding key, and a correct heavy brass pendulum bob. Door on the right side is held in place by two latches. Door on the bottom is hinged and held by a turning latch. Flat glass in the heavy duty brass bezel. A very nice clock.
