The case is good, but missing the end ornaments. The feet, onyx columns, metal capitals and bases, and the metal back door, are all in place and original. The case is about 14" long and 10" high, has good gold in the incised designs on front. There is a flat beveled glass in the bronze sash, excellent two piece porcelain dial, correct hands, and a very nice open escapement mechanism. There is a label underneath but I cannot read one word. The 8 day Star movement is signed, rack count, strikes half hours and hours on a gong, and has the correct pendulum bob. The round back door is broken. I am enclosing one that is identical, you install. Ly-Waterbury No. 950.
