Cottage clock, possibly German. There is a black label on the base but I cannot read it, and the backboard, inside, is covered with oil cloth paper.

The only words I can read on the label are, "manufactured by". That is a big help. Grain painted dial board, brass dial ring, faded dial, old hands, b...
