Painted dial that has been cleaned and restored by Mary Frances Tennant of Rossett, Wales. Bell is stamped George Ainsworth. Pendulum crutch fork has broken off, is with the movement but needs repair. No pendulum nor weight, but period hands and original brass alarm setting disc. The strong alarm action indicates this was designed to wake very sound sleepers.
