Walnut case parts mounted on a round base appears to be original. A picture of the clock appears in Tran Du Ly's book on Kroeber Clocks pg. 348. This model had statues in the front like the type found in the Ansonia model that are now missing. Original paper dial is stained. Cast metal dial design is different from the Ansonia model. Movement is stamped Kroeber with an 1874 patent date that would put it in the same time frame as the Ansonia model. Hands and pendulum are original. Dome is missing; round replacements are available. Height 16.5 inches
