the rear instruction label is missing a 2 inch strip on the right side, but general instructions can still be understood, and the "H" of Davies can be seen, also the address at No. 5 Cortland St. Davies made the attachment to fit models from several manufacturers, and as a point of interest, only one maker [Bradley of Boston] actually designed their case to hold the lamp and parts as part of an integral design. Included is an old typewritten transcript of instructions. Good Ansonia label inside. Original dial and old hands. Height 16 inches
