New York (signed on movement and dial) with 8 day time and bell strike, spring driven movement in creamy onyx and ormolu case, c1890 the clock's case surface is dirty, but will clean up OK. The dial suffered a large chip at 4 that has been poorly filled and repaired; dial will require professional attention. Ht 16 1/2"
