the lower tablet has been replaced, and the bottom panel in the base looks to have been skillfully replaced and was grain painted in an attempt to match the rest of the case. The grain painted case is otherwise in excellent condition. Paint on the dial looks to be original with some loss at the mounting screws. The signature and numbers look to have been strengthened. Movement is original to the case and properly signed and fastened in the case with a single screw through the backboard. Hour hand is a replacement. Minute is original. Weight is properly marked. Proper bob. Height 32 inches.
