Welch Spring and Co., Forestville, Conn. "Regulator No. 4" wall clock with 30 day time only spring driven nickel plated movement in walnut case, c1875 the case has its outstanding original finish, nicely waxed. The original painted metal dial is in excellent condition and the glass side panels with gold leaf trim are in nice condition. Inside of case retains original black flocking and beat scale. The only imperfections are the bottom finial is missing a 1" section and the lower right finial has a repaired tip. This outstanding example is the first Regulator No. 4 we have sold in nearly ten years. Height 41 inches
