original finish on case with some scuffing near feet, otherwise excellent, the center finial is a replacement, the fretwork and silk on the right side of the hood is damaged in center section and the bottom inner floor of the case is not present from a weight falling through, the nicely engraved and gilt dial is high quality; the silvered chapter has some oxidation. The second's hand is missing [post intact] and the moon phase disc has been reduced to brass with no paint, the pendulum is original with solid mahogany rod and some light oxidation on the brass bob. Very large and robust English movement with brushed pattern plates. Height 100 inches
