rare and early longer running example with crown wheel / verge escapement and "prayer repeat" striking on large bell. Movement looks clean. Enamel dial has some repairs. Nice cast-metal surrounds with crowing rooster on top. Folding pendulum. Note low position of winding arbors. Mr. Cline had this ticking lightly on these small weights, but it would benefit from larger ones. Note great wheel, 2 intermediate arbors, contrate wheel then crown wheel. Ht 17"
