Brewster and Ingraham, Bristol, Conn., "Onion Top" shelf clock with 8 day time and strike spring driven movement in four column mahogany veneer case, c1850 refinished mahogany veneered case in very nice clean condition with small veneer chip in the base and a little damage at the front edge of the top. Original painted dial has some paint loss on the edge and some wear to the numbers and signature. Hands are original. Original ribbed stamped brass movement retains one original brass spring. Tablet is original with loss to the background paint. Ht 20"
