the case (c.1800) with quarter sawn oak door is earlier than the Victorian chime movement and is refinished with the bottom ogee bracket feet old replacements, very well done, 3 1/2" portion of upper backboard and portion of lower backboard replaced. The movement is in good condition and would benefit from cleaning. The finials are replacements. The dial is slightly darkened especially around perimeter. Ht 87"
