Swiss, Singing Bird Box, an embossed silver case featuring village scenes of people in period costumes, some dancing, some in a musical group, others sitting, holding hands, even the very bottom panel includes a couple dancing on the beach, with a pipe smoking on-looker. A hinged snuff box lid in the rear shows a farmer's wife milking a cow, and sheep in the field, c1925 bird, with black / green feathers sings loudly, and the case is in good shape - no dings. There is a small amount of gold wash remaining on case, which was originally applied to keep the silver from tarnishing, also some dried polish shows in recessed areas. No exterior markings. 3.75 x 2.5 x 1.5 inches.
