Silver plated bronze case with a gilt bronze handle in nice condition with wear to the silver and gilding. Porcelain dial is perfect and the hands are period. There is some evidence to suggest that this movement was modified or substituted as there is a glass jewel in the dial above 12 o'clock where a key would have been inserted to adjust the length of a pendulum and there are a couple of empty holes in the movement also. Ht 11".
