Pot hangs from the crane and acts as the pendulum. Movement is also marked: "Miroy Fres Btes, S.G.O.G., C. M. Paris", c1880 Brass and copper with silver plated brass decorative elements in a fireplace form on a colored marble base with roughness and chips on the marble. The panel around the dial has lost its lacquer and oxidized. Original porcelain dial is perfect and the hands are original. Note this model is uncommon and even harder to find complete with the andirons, pot and pot lid. Ht 17"
