French tall case clock in Art Nouveau style, 8 day, time and strike, spring driven movement in walnut case with floral carvings and stamped on the back board "J. FRANCOIS" with address. There are three tiers of shelves flanking the case with stylized carved and curved supports. The white enamel dial has cast brass floral mask, c1890 except for a replaced gong, the clock is in excellent and original condition. There is a hole drilled in the top of the case hood. The steel pendulum rod has a large ornate bob cast in the form of a sunflower. Ht 83 1/2"
