Waltham Clock and Watch Co., Waltham, Mass. presentation banjo with an E. Howard and Co., premium movement with maintaining power, c1930 Case is sound with some minor loss to gilding on the finial and the balls on the bottom bracket. There is also some repair to the gilding on the balls on the bracket. There has been some repair to the blue background paint on the lower and throat glass. Original signed dial with a tiny chip in center and minor loss at the mounting screws. Original hands, pendulum and weight. We have an example in this auction and sold another example in Oct of 2010 with a Howard movement. Ht 41"
