French Marti White Marble Scroll Mantel Clock

With a T&S strike visible movement marked "Marti" and "Barrard & Vignon Horlogerie Paris 253"; a porcelain chapter ring dial with a metal center and the pendulum. (The clock is not running at this time.) (The winding arbor is tightly wound. The pendulum does not fit - the top is the incorrect size for the suspension. There is some minor chipping to the case of the clock. There is no key with the clock.) 11 1/2" Tall x 21 1/2" Wide
