The E.N. Welch marine lever clock, "8 Day Silent", has a signed A-frame twin-spring signed movement with anchor escapement balance wheel that ticks briskly. The painted metal dial needs to be resoldered to the bezel and has slight crazing and flaking, the seconds bit is too small, and there is a dark partial label on the back; 11" overall width. The oak Ingraham is nicely refinished, has a good celluloid dial, and shiny brass paw feet. The rear label is barely legible. The movement ticks and strikes. Ht 10 1/2"
