The heavy black case has been nicely repainted, there is an old patina on the gilt metal column ends, and the thick beveled glass is fine. The white porcelain dial has a crack and chip by the VIII, and only about 20% of the rear label remains. The "Star" movement needs to be cleaned. Ht 9 1/2"
