This maker name, shown on the label and movement, is not listed, but we have been told that he was a pioneer in shipping American clocks to England. The case has an old surface and old reverse paint tablet showing "City Spring, Baltimore". The thin wood painted dial asserts "polished steel pinions" which may apply to the lantern pinions we see in the unusual shape movement. Cleaning and new weight cords will be needed. Ht 26"
