The heavy solid golden oak case has been nicely refinished and is in very good condition. The large twin-spring 86T movement, with deadbeat escapement, ticks nicely but the hand setting is too loose so adjustment is needed. There is an old patina on the brass pendulum bob and beat scale. The original painted metal dial is just a bit faded and toned with a few small flakes. The hands are original, the minute hand is counterweighted. 19" square
