This model was featured in Bob Frishman's NAWCC Bulletin article (copy included) about the clock used in Mathew Brady's photographic studio, and this example retains its original bronze finish on the signed N. Muller case. The company label is just visible through the case bottom. The movement ticks and strikes on a bell. The paper dial has crudely enlarged holes and probably is not original. The reaper 8-day was offered for sale 1865 to 1880. Ht 18"
