German, an Anton Harder patent, small 400 day clock with dome, c1885 this clock was shipped to us and the porcelain dial has rotated a few degrees; otherwise is complete and sound, may need service for reliable running. Overall in nice condition with some wear to the velvet base section, and its white porcelain dial has German patent information fired into a circle surrounding the hands. Ht 10" to top of dome. This model was marketed in the US by the New Haven Clock Co. and illustrated in their 1886 trade catalog.
