Dec. 28 1880, striking the hours and half hours in passing, engraved balance and escape wheel cocks, cut bimetallic balance and blued steel balance spring, polished brass case, beveled glass sides and top, white enamel Arabic numeral dial, blued steel hands, c1885 Polished brass case very good, left glass with chips at bottom, right glass missing small piece of lower right corner, back glass with chip at upper right corner, original movement running and striking, gilt decorated plates very good, replaced dial and hands. Ht. 7 1/8" to top of handle
