Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Regulator No. 2", oak 8 day, time only weight driven, c1900 This appears to be an older refinished case with newly painted dial and correct but unsigned newer movement. The painted dial and wood case are in very nice condition, with a few small age splits in the round bezel. The brass weight shell, beat scale and pendulum bob still are mostly shiny, although the weight cap needs to be secured. The partial bottom label is dark, and a larger seconds bit is needed. The movement, with maintaining power, should be serviced. Ht 36".
