alabaster case in overall very good condition with a small chip on the right corner of the base and some slight roughness on the back edge of the case in a couple of places. Hairline crack in the dial at 12 o'clock. Hands are original. Movement is in need of a cleaning. A similar example sold recently in the Milhous Collection in February of 2012 for over $2500. Ht 9 1/2"
