Rosewood veneered case in very clean condition in an old finish with a small chip on the top edge of the bottom door and small piece just below the bottom door. Most of the gilding on the bottom door is intact. The glass in the bottom door is held in with oversized strips and will attention. The brass bezel has a couple of rough spots and several poor solder spots in attempt to hold in a new piece of glass. Original painted dial has flaking in the center area. Except for the seconds bit the hands are original. Dark label inside case. Black paper backing is missing in places. Weights are the proper type, but could be replacements. A much more detailed description by C.L. Horton accompanies this time piece. Ht 36 1/2"
