Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn. "Queen Anne" walnut 8 day, time and strike spring wound wall clock, c1880 Solid wood case is in excellent condition with original finish. The painted metal dial, the hands, nickeled bezel and nickeled damascene pendulum all are original, and there is a very good label in the bottom of the case. Note this is the earlier 1880 version with bell screwed to rear of case, wooden plumb indicator, and no seconds bit. The 1883 version has a seconds hand and metal beat scale. The movement should be cleaned. Ht 36"
