German, large Black Forest carved cuckoo clock, hunter motif with cross rifles and deer head at top, and with life size pheasant and rabbit to the sides, 1-day time and strike, 2-wt, c1910. although there are some small missing tips and leaves, this is overall in very good original condition. The quality of the carving is excellent; deer and rabbit with glass eyes. Note dial is turned wood, with individual porcelain cartouche numerals. Hands are bone or similar; hour hand has been broken and glued incorrectly. Bellows and flutes are modern replacements. Has not been serviced in a long while, from an old timer in northern Ohio.
