Hotchkiss was not a maker of the pillar and scroll style, but parts from another style of his became the foundation of a well-made reproduction slightly higher than normal to accommodate the longer-drop pendulum. The wood dial, with one horizontal crack, is newly painted, as is the lower door tablet. The case has a bit of veneer loss at the top, and is missing its door lock and escutcheon. Ht 33" to tip of center brass finial
