24 October 2024
we sold the same unsigned model, with later gold paint, in November 2009. The wood is refinished, the original painted metal dial has some losses. The unusual east-west movement has its escape wheel behind the rear plate (rather than between the plates), the plates are somewhat narrower, and with uncommon heavy block mounting on each side. Hands may be a bit short. Overall diameter 17"
