we believe this to be a c1850 Attleboro area case, with wood bezel and side arms and needing minor restoration, joined to an earlier [c.1815] movement. The dial is old, with original paint, but the signature has been added and the dial smoothed in that area. The glasses are well-done replacements which do not quite match, and the heavy eagle finial has a machine-threaded post. The weight is 20th century. Ht 33"
