Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in nice condition in original finish with some wear to the finish on the smaller wood bezels. Original painted dial has a lot of inpainting and some loss. Both tablets are original. Hands appear to be original. Nice clean label inside case. This same clock was sold in February, 2009 Neilson sale at Skinners auction for $1,100 hammer. . Scarce and desirable model made only a couple of years, C. 1860-1862 Ht 18.5"
