The case appears to have been made about 1866 from writing on the board behind the mirror and fitted with parts from earlier Jones clock. The wood looks to birch or butternut. The dial is clean with some wear. Nice period mirror. Clean Label. of Note: Edwarad K. Jones [perhaps his father] worked 1835-42. Ht 30"
